Tim is a Chartered Structural Engineer and experienced Design Manager with over 14 years of success delivering major infrastructure projects across Queensland and Victoria. With a strong foundation in structural engineering, he has considerable experience in rail and road infrastructure, consistently overseeing the design and integration of complex multidisciplinary works.

His core strength lies in bringing together engineering, construction, and project management disciplines to deliver practical, robust outcomes. Known for his calm and considered leadership style, he has successfully guided multidisciplinary teams through all stages of project delivery; from concept development to construction and handover and completion.

Tim is a confident communicator, known for his technical expertise and ability to bring clarity and structure to complex project challenges. His experience spans both public and private sector projects, and he has developed strong stakeholder management skills through years of close collaboration with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
