Kinda is a Senior Structural/Civil Engineer and Design Manager with broad project experience across rail, water, health, education, commercial, and residential infrastructure. She is known for her strong technical engineering capability, accountable leadership, and reliable project management, consistently guiding complex projects to successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Her professional growth is supported by a Diploma of Leadership and Project Management from Swinburne University of Technology, and, her excellence was recognised through a 2023 nomination for Engineers Australia’s Emerging Professional Engineer of the Year (Victoria).

Alongside her role at Cinfra, Kinda contributes her expertise as a volunteer Professional Engineer, supporting local government and community organisations with infrastructure improvements and fundraising initiatives that benefit newly arrived and disadvantaged communities.
