Lachlan is a senior integration and program management professional with over 10 years' experience leading the development and operationalisation of complex rail infrastructure projects. Most recently, he led the Operational Readiness program for Dynamic Testing and delivered the Trial Operations program on Melbourne's landmark Metro Tunnel Project - navigating an integrated environment where project delivery, systems commissioning, and operational readiness were running in parallel.

Lachlan is comfortable operating in ambiguity, applying an outcomes-based mindset to keep momentum - clearly defining the problem, generating collaboration, and aligning on solutions. His success is built on genuine, trusting relationships at all levels. He is a trusted partner to his stakeholders and understands that it's the people who make a project successful, not just the processes. He brings a light-hearted energy that makes it easy to work across boundaries and bring people together.

Outside of work, Lachlan is a family man at heart - happiest outdoors with his family. He's passionate about good food and loves cooking up a feast to share with friends. A keen cricket fan and proud spectator of his daughters' sports, he also assists with coaching at the local soccer club.
