Ray Mahony CINFRA

Ray Mahony

Director / Co-founder
Ray has over 30 years’ experience in delivering multidisciplinary engineering projects at both execution and at executive governance level. Most recently he ran a high performing engineering consulting business for 12 years.

He thrives in a collaborative environment where people come together to debate and solve simple and complex problems.

Ray always has one eye on delivering expected business and project outcomes and the other eye on how something might be done in a more creative/innovative way.

He has a focus on building personal relationships and takes great satisfaction in seeing the development of people and teams with whom he works.

Ray is committed to understanding the essence of a problem or issue at hand and then putting in place a strategy and plan to implement a solution.

Although at face value he can be observed as serious, underneath he excels on good humour and the enjoyment of life.

Rob Hammer CINFRA

Rob Hammer

Director / Co-founder
Rob has 24 years of experience in developing and executing large-scale, complex transport infrastructure projects. In various leadership and executive roles, Rob has overseen projects throughout their entire lifecycle—from inception and planning, through funding and delivery, to systems integration, completion, and operational readiness.

With a highly versatile background, Rob excels in managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams. His strong technical expertise, combined with exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and management skills, has consistently resulted in outstanding project outcomes.

Rob is strategic and driven, known for his ability to build and lead high-performing teams. His friendly style and nature create camaraderie and strong engagement with his team and those around him.

Melissa Griffith CINFRA 1

Melissa Griffith

Director / Co-founder
Melissa is a civil engineer with over 24 years’ experience in delivering multidisciplinary engineering projects and in project executive roles. In recent times Melissa managed a Victorian Transport consulting business and then 3 years ago moved to Queensland to take up a similar role.

Melissa’s career journey has included delivering and leading work across the maritime, road and rail sectors (including taking on sustainability leadership roles).

Melissa has taken on many industry leadership roles in committees dedicated to improving the consulting and engineering sector. She is passionate about increasing the participation of women in the sector and continues to remain actively involved in initiatives supporting this aim.

In addition to her professional work, Melissa has a keen interest in contributing to organisations that are improving the lives of individuals and is currently on the board of two not-for-profit organisations.

 She thrives in a team environment and enjoys the challenge of growing people to deliver positive outcomes.
